Whether you participate in group counseling exclusively or you utilize it in addition to your primary service, you can benefit from learning and applying new skills, insight, and understanding while being guided by a counselor. Group counseling gives you the opportunity to immediately practice or apply what you are learning in a safe, supportive environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Grief Group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Loss takes on many forms. One thing common with all grief and loss is that something or someone else is involved in the loss. We learn how to heal from believing that we can. Seeing others’ process of growing through grief pushes our journey forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each individual in a group contributes to the process of healing. Members bring strength when others need it, creating the perfect balance of healing and growth in the face of struggle. Healing is possible together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Growth Group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We learn how to grow up throughout of lives. Learning how to be you in the world is sometimes better learned in<\/strong><\/em> the world. Working through growing pains with others gives us the opportunity to immediately practice our change!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not always need a specific event or reason to grow. Growing is just a process of living. Learning to grow with others helps you gain from the wisdom and insight that we all have.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Freedom from Addiction – Addiction Counseling Group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We often hide our struggle with addiction (alcohol addiction, drug addiction, or behavioral addiction) because of shame and guilt, but hiding keeps us trapped in the cycle of addiction. Sharing your journey with others on the same path begins to shed the weight of shame and guilt and frees you to recover. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normalizing our experience helps you feel less alone and helps you see what a future without active addiction can look like. When we can create hope, we can pave a road to recovery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Availability of groups is based on enrollment and attendance. If you are interested in participation, your name and interest will be noted until the start of a new group.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
